~/Application support images for iOS applications

These are the image sizes needed for universal iOS applications - including iPad, iPad Retina, iPhone 3.5”, iPhone 4”, iPhone 4” Retina, iOS >=6 and iOS 7. Images should be PNGs at 24 BPP.

An iPhone app needs the 4” launch screens present, otherwise the app will run at 3.5” on the 4” device (letterboxed).
